Meiya (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our") understands the importance of personal information to you, so we attach great importance to protecting your privacy and personal information. 1、本政策适用于美亚提供的所有产品和服务。如我们及关联公司的产品/服务中使用了美亚提供的产品/服务但未设独立个人信息保护政策的，则该部分产品/服务同样适用于本政策。如我们及关联公司的产品/服务已设独立个人信息保护政策的，则独立的个人信息保护政策优先适用，该等独立的个人信息保护政策中未提及而本政策有约定的内容，适用本政策。

This policy applies to all products and services provided by Meiya. If we and our affiliated companies use products/services provided by Meiya but do not have an independent personal information protection policy, then this policy shall apply to these products/services. If our products/services and those of our affiliated companies have set up independent personal information protection policies, these policies shall prevail. For content not mentioned in such independent personal information protection policies but agreed upon in this policy, this policy shall apply.

2、本政策不适用于美亚的产品/服务中包含的或链接至第三方提供的信息/服务（包括任何第三方应用、网站等），该等信息/服务由第三方负责运营，须遵循该第三方的个人信息保护政策或类似规定。

This policy does not apply to information/services  contained in or linked to Meiya's products/services (including any third-party applications, websites, etc.), which are operated by third parties and subject to their personal information protection policies or similar regulations.

2、美亚平台：美亚提供的线上渠道，即美亚集团名下的网页及客户端（包括App、微信小程序或H5页面），客户端适用的终端设备包括但不限于PC、平板电脑、手机等；以及其他由美亚提供的线下服务渠道，包括但不限于由美亚的客户人员通过电话、邮件或其他通讯方式为您提供服务。其中，美亚商旅小程序，意在为企业提供更合理的商旅出行方案，企业用户在使用该程序的所有功能均免费使用，不收取功能费用。

Meiya Platform: The online channel provided by Meiya, i.e., the WebPages and clients (including apps, WeChat mini programs, or H5 pages) under the name of Meiya Group, and the terminal devices applicable to the clients include but are not limited to PCs, tablets, mobiles, etc; and other offline service channels provided by Meiya, including but not limited to providing services to you by Meiya's customer personnel through phone, email, or other means of communication. Among them, the Meiya Business Travel Mini Program aims to provide enterprises with more reasonable business travel plans, and all the functions of the program are free for enterprise users to use without charging any function fees.

3、关联公司：指美亚集团内所有公司及其相关关联企业。

Affiliates: Refers to all companies within the Meiya Group and their related affiliated enterprises.

4、用户/您：使用美亚所提供的产品/服务的自然人，包括注册用户及未注册用户。

User/You: Natural persons who use the products/services provided by Meiya, including registered and unregistered users.

5、个人信息：以电子或者其他方式记录的与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息，不包括匿名化处理后的信息。

Personal information: All types of information related to identified or identifiable natural person recorded in electronic or other forms, excluding anonymized information.

6、敏感个人信息：一旦泄露、非法提供或滥用可能危害人身和财产安全，极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇等的个人信息。本政策中涉及的敏感个人信息包括生物识别、宗教信仰、特定身份、医疗健康、金融账户、行踪轨迹等信息，以及不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息。

Sensitive personal information: Personal information that may endanger personal and property safety once leaked, illegally provided, or abused, and is highly likely to cause damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. The sensitive personal information involved in this policy includes biometric identification, religious beliefs, specific identities, medical and health information, financial accounts, whereabouts and tracks, and personal information of minors under the age of fourteen.

7、个人信息删除：在实现日常业务功能所涉及的系统中去除个人信息的行为，使其保持不可被检索、访问的状态。

Personal information deletion: The act of removing personal information from systems involved in implementing daily business functions, so as to be kept in a state where it cannot be retrieved or accessed.

8、儿童：不满十四周岁的未成年人。

Children: Minors under the age of fourteen.

9、未成年人：不满十八周岁的自然人为未成年人。十六周岁以上的未成年人，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人。

Minors: Natural persons under the age of eighteen are minors. Minors over the age of sixteen who rely on their own labor income as their main source of livelihood are to be regarded as persons with full capacity for civil conduct.

在您使用我们的产品/服务时，您需要/可以选择授权我们收集和使用个人信息的情形包括：

1、为了向您提供我们产品/服务的基本功能，您需要授权我们收集、使用必要信息的情形。如您拒绝提供前述必要信息，您将无法正常使用我们的产品/服务；

In order to provide you with the basic functions of our products/services, you need to authorize us to collect and use necessary information. If you refuse to provide the necessary information mentioned above, you will not be able to use our products/services normally;

2、为了向您提供我们产品/服务的附加功能，您可以选择授权我们收集、使用信息的情形。如您拒绝提供前述信息，您将无法正常使用相关附加功能或无法实现我们拟达到的功能效果，但并不会影响您正常使用我们产品/服务的基本功能。

In order to provide you with additional features of our products/services, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use information. If you refuse to provide the aforementioned information, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions normally or achieve the intended functional effects, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our products/services.

您理解并同意，您使用美亚所提供的产品或服务涉及的一切行为均代表您本人。您的美亚账户操作所产生的电子信息记录均为您行为的有效凭据，并由您本人承担由此产生的全部责任。

You understand and agree that all actions related to your use of the products or services provided by Meiya represent yourself. The electronic information records generated by the operation of your Meiya account are valid evidence for your actions, and you are solely responsible for the responsibilities arising therefrom.

（一）为您提供下单与订单管理功能

Providing you with order placement and management functions

当您准备订购美亚平台的产品/服务时，美亚平台系统会自动生成您订购该产品/服务的订单。在下单和订单管理过程中，我们可能会收集如下信息：

When you are ready to order products/services from the Meiya platform, the Meiya platform system will automatically generate an order for you to place the order. In the course of order placement and management, we may collect the following information:

（1）您所选择的不同产品/服务所要求提供的信息；

The information required for the different products/services you have chosen;

（2）您的联系人姓名、手机号；

Name and mobile number of your contact person;

（3）您在使用美亚平台的产品/服务过程中产生的订单信息。

The order information generated during your use of products/services on the Meiya platform.

我们收集这些信息是为了帮助您确定交易、支付结算、获得通知、帮助您查询和管理订单信息，以及提供客服与售后服务；我们还会使用您的订单信息来判断您的交易是否存在异常，以保护您的交易安全。

We collect this information to help you determine transactions, make payments and settlements, receive notifications, assist you in querying and managing order information, and provide customer service and after-sales service; we will also use your order information to determine if there are any abnormalities in your transaction in order to protect your transaction security.

因美亚所提供产品/服务的特殊性，您所选择的以下产品/服务，需要您进一步提交必要的信息才能完成预订，这些信息您需要自行填写，或者授权我们以其他方式帮助您完成信息录入，我们同时也提请您在具体预订过程中予以关注：

Due to the particularity of the products/services provided by Meiya, the following products/services you choose require you to further submit the necessary information to complete the reservation, and you need to fill out this information yourself, or authorize us to assist you in entering the information in other ways. We also remind you to pay attention the following during the specific reservation process:

（1）当您通过美亚的线上渠道接受美亚提供的产品或服务的，您需要注册、登录相关线上渠道的账号。您至少要提供您的手机号，并设置账号密码。

When you receive products or services provided by Meiya through its online channels, you need to register and log in to the relevant online channel account. You shall at least provide your mobile number and set an account password.

（2）当您预订境内外机票时，视不同的服务类型，您可能需要提供不同的信息类型。当您预订境内机票时，您至少需要提供乘客姓名、证件类型、证件号、手机号信息、出生日期。当您预订境外机票时，您至少需要提供乘客姓名（含拼音）、性别、国籍、出生日期、证件类型、证件号、证件有效期以及联系人手机号信息，视产品不同还可能需要您提供联系人邮箱信息。部分机票需要您完成航司会员的验证/注册才能预订，在上述验证/注册页面，您至少需要提供您的邮箱、国籍、美亚会员账号、美亚会员等级信息。您也可以选择向我们提供乘客手机号以接收航班信息，或者提供航司会员卡号以获得里程累积服务。

When booking domestic or international flights, you may need to provide different types of information depending on the type of service. When booking a domestic flight, you need to provide at least the passenger's name, ID type, ID number, mobile number, and date of birth. When booking an international flight, you need to provide at least the passenger's name (including pinyin), gender, nationality, date of birth, ID type, ID number, ID validity period, and contact person person's mobile number. Depending on the product, you may also need to provide contact person person's email. Some flights require you to complete airline member verification/registration before booking, and you need to provide at least your email, nationality, Meiya member account, and Meiya member level information on the above verification/registration page. You can also choose to provide us with the passenger's mobile number to receive flight information, or provide us with the airline's membership card number to rack up frequent flyer miles.

（3）当您预订境内火车票时，会视不同方式需要您提供不同的信息类别。您至少需要提供乘客姓名、证件类型、证件号、手机号信息、乘客类型。当您选择“12306预订”时，您需要提供12306账号信息。

When booking domestic train tickets, you need to provide different types of information depending on the method used. You need to provide at least the passenger's name, ID type, ID number, mobile number and passenger type. When you choose booking by 12306 , you need to provide your 12306 account information.

当您预订境外火车票时，至少需要提供乘客姓名、出生日期、护照号、联系人手机号信息。视产品或证件类型不同，可能还需要您提供邮箱、性别、国籍、证件有效期。

When booking an international train tickets, you need to provide at least the passenger's name, date of birth, passport number, and contact person person's mobile number. Depending on the product or the ID type, you may also need to provide your email, gender, nationality, and validity period of the document.

（4）当您预订酒店、民宿和客栈时，您至少需要提供入住人姓名、手机号信息；视产品不同可能还需要您提供证件号、邮箱信息。您也可以选择向我们提供您的出生日期和性别信息以使用个别酒店会员服务。某些特殊情况下(如特惠房、部分酒店的特定要求)还需要您提供相应的证件信息。

When booking hotels, homestays, and inns, you need to provide at least the name and mobile number of the person who checks-in; Depending on the product, you may also need to provide your ID number and email address. You may also choose to provide us with your date of birth and gender information to use individual hotel membership services. In certain special circumstances (e.g. preferential room or specific requirements of some hotels), you are also required to provide corresponding identification information.

（5）当您预订租车服务（包括国内境内租车服务、境外租车服务）时，视不同的服务类型，您可能需要提供不同的信息类型。当您预订境内租车服务时，您至少需要提供驾驶员的姓名、手机号、证件类型、证件号信息；当您预订境外租车服务时，您至少需要提供驾驶员的姓名、出生日期、国籍、手机号、邮箱信息。您也可以选择向我们提供出行航班号以获得航班延误车辆在一定时限内保留（以具体产品/服务页面提示的规则为准）的服务。

When booking car rental services (including domestic and overseas car rental services), you may be required to provide different types of information depending on the type of service. When booking domestic car rental services, you need to provide at least the driver's name, mobile number, ID type, and ID number; when booking an overseas car rental services, you need to provide at least the driver's name, date of birth, nationality, mobile number, and email address. You can also choose to provide us with your flight number to obtain the service of retaining vehicles for a certain period of time as flights delayed (subject to the rules indicated on the specific product/service page).

（6）当您预订专车服务（包括境内外接送机、境内接送站、境内外打车、境内外包车）时，视不同的服务类型，您可能需要提供不同的信息类型。当您预订境内打车服务时，您至少需要提供乘车人的手机号信息；当您预订境外打车服务时，您还需要提供乘车人的姓名拼音。当您预订境内接送机、接送站、包车服务时，您至少需要提供乘车人的姓名、手机号信息；当您预订境外包车、接送机服务时，您还需要提供乘车人的英文姓名。您也可以选择向我们提供乘车人常用地址（家、公司等）、乘车人微信号、同行人电话、预订酒店电话、第三方即时通讯账号以便司机与您联系或者更为便捷地提供服务。

When booking chauffeur-driven services (including domestic and international airport pick-up and drop-off, domestic pick-up and drop-off at train station, domestic and overseas ride-hailing, domestic and overseas chartered vehicle), you may need to provide different types of information depending on the type of service. When booking domestic ride-hailing services, you need to provide at least the passenger's mobile number; when booking overseas ride-hailing services, you also need to provide passenger's name in pinyin. When booking domestic pick-up and drop-off services at airport or train station, or chartered vehicle service, you need to provide at least the name and mobile number of the passenger; when booking overseas chartered vehicle or airport pick-up and drop-off services, you also need to provide the English name of the passenger. You may also choose to provide us with the passenger's commonly used address (home, company, etc.), passenger WeChat account, companion's mobile number, phone number of the hotel reserved, third-party's instant messaging account so that the driver can contact you or provide services more conveniently.

（7）当您预订汽车票、旅游专线时，您至少需要提供乘客姓名、证件类型、证件号、手机号信息、乘客类型。当您提供的证件类型为护照时，您还需要提供出生日期。

When booking bus tickets or a travel route, you need to provide at least the passenger's name, ID type, ID number, mobile number and passenger type. When the type of document you provide is a passport, you also need to provide your date of birth.

（8）当您预订签证服务时，您至少需要提供姓名、年龄段（区分成年人与儿童的签证申请费）、客户类型（区分办理签证所需材料）、配送地址以及联系人姓名、手机号、邮箱信息。我们会通过您提供的邮箱向您另行告知办理签证的必要材料（视您选择的使领馆的要求而定），该等材料仅会用于向使领馆申请办理签证之目的。

When booking visa services, you need to provide at least your name, age group (distinguishing visa application fees for adults and children), customer type (distinguishing required materials for visa application), shipping address, and contact person's name, mobile number, and email address. We will give you further notice of the necessary materials for visa application (depending on the requirements of the embassy or consulate you choose) through the email you provided, and these materials will only be used for the purpose of applying for a visa from the embassy or consulate.

（9）当您预订当地向导服务时，您至少需要提供乘车人姓名、手机号信息。您还可以选择提供邮箱、常用地址（家、公司等）、乘车人微信号、同行人电话、预订酒店电话、第三方即时通讯账号信息以便向导与您联系，或者更为便捷地提供服务。

When booking local guide services, you need to provide at least the name and mobile number of the passenger. You can also choose to provide your email, commonly used address (home, company, etc.), passenger WeChat account, mobile number of companions, phone number of the hotel reserved, third-party's instant messaging account for the guide to contact you or more conveniently provide services.

（10）当您预订保险时，您至少需要提供被保人的姓名、证件类型、证件号，视您选择的不同险种可能还需要提供被保人国籍、出生日期、性别、被保人是否有社保、投保人国籍、投保人中英文姓名、投保人手机号、投保人邮箱、投保人证件类型、投保人证件号、投保人出生日期、投被保人关系、理赔对象联系手机号、理赔对象联系邮箱、理赔对象银行账户姓名、理赔对象银行账号、理赔对象银行开户行信息、承保航班、房屋地址、车牌号。

When taking out insurance, you need to provide at least the name, ID type, and ID number of the insured. Depending on the type of insurance you choose, you may also need to provide the insured's nationality, date of birth, gender, whether the insured has social security, nationality, Chinese and English name, mobile number, email address, ID type, ID number, date of birth, relationship, the contact person's mobile number of the claimant, the contact person's email of the claimant, the name of the claimant's bank account, the claimant 's bank of deposit, the insured flight, home address, and license plate number.

为满足银保监主管部门相关要求，当您购买保险产品时，美亚平台有保险代理资质的主体将会在保险产品的页面上收集可还原为可供查验的有效图片或视频所需要的包括投保人和被投保人信息、页面操作在内的个人信息。

In order to meet the relevant requirements of the CBIRC, when you purchase insurance products, the entity with insurance agency qualifications on the Meiya platform will collect personal information, including information of the policyholder and the insured, and page operations on the insurance product page that can be restored to valid images or videos for verification.

（11）当您的出行人中包含未成年人时，我们需要您作为监护人或在取得监护人的同意下提供出行的未成年人的姓名、证件类型、证件号。

When your travelers include minors, we need you as a guardian or with the consent of the guardian to provide the name, ID type, and ID number of the minors traveling.

（12）当您使用美亚服务过程中，我们将自动收集您的如下个人信息：

1、日志信息，指您使用我们的服务时，系统可能通过cookies、web beacon或其他方式自动采集的信息，包括：

2、设备信息或软件信息，例如您的IP地址和移动设备所用的版本和设备识别码（IDFA/IMEI/OAID/IMSI）、设备MAC地址、软件列表、设备序列号、设备应用安装列表、以及通过网页浏览器、移动设备用于接入我们服务的配置信息。

Device or software information, such as your IP address, and version and device identification code (IDFA/IMEI/OAID/IMSI) used by your mobile device, device MAC address, software list, device serial number, device application installation list, and configuration information used to access our services through web browser or mobile device.

3、在使用我们服务时搜索或浏览的信息，例如您使用的网页或APP搜索词语、访问页面，以及您在使用我们服务时浏览或提供的其他信息。

3、对于不满14周岁的儿童个人信息，我们还会遵循正当必要、知情同意、目的明确、安全保障、依法利用的原则，按照《儿童个人信息网络保护规定》等法律法规的要求进行收集、存储、使用、转移、披露等处理儿童个人信息。当您作为监护人为被监护的儿童选择使用美亚平台相关旅行服务时，我们可能需要向您收集被监护的儿童个人信息，用于向您履行相关服务之必要。如果您不提供前述信息，您将无法享受我们提供的相关服务。此外，您在使用评价功能时可能会主动向我们提供儿童个人信息，请您明确知悉并谨慎选择。您作为监护人应当正确履行监护职责，保护儿童个人信息安全。

For the personal information of children under the age of 14, we will also follow the principles of legitimate necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, safety protection, and lawful use. We will collect, store, use, transfer, disclose and process children's personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the "Regulations on the Network Protection of Children's Personal Information". When you, choose to use the travel services on the Meiya platform for your child as a guardian, we may need to collect personal information of the child under guardianship from you for the necessary purpose of performing the relevant services. If you do not provide the aforementioned information, you will not be able to enjoy the relevant services we provide. If you are a child under the age of 14, before using Meiya's services, you and your guardian should also carefully read our specially formulated Rules for the Protection of Children's Personal Information and Instructions for Guardians, and ensure that your guardian confirms their agreement to the rules. After you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. But your decision to revoke the authorization will not affect the personal information processing we have previously conducted based on your authorization.

After you voluntarily cancel your account or declare that you have stopped receiving Meiya's services, we will stop providing you with products or services, delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
